2009-2010 Registration is OPEN!
  1. Complete the TBSC/QSC Online Registration form (below)
  2. Complete and sign the TBSC/QSC Athlete Contract (below) and mail or fax to TBSC/QSC
  3. Complete and sign the TBSC/QSC Liability Release (below) and mail or fax to TBSC/QSC
  4. Complete and sign the Breckenridge Resort Athlete Release (below) and mail or fax toTBSC/QSC
  5. Make a copy of your insurance card and mail or fax to TBSC/QSC
  6. Send the above forms/copies and TBSC/QSC program payment (including work deposit) to TBSC/QSC
  7. Once we receive the above forms and payment, Season Pass Vouchers can be issued.
  8. Season Pass Vouchers should be available by Mid-October.
     
  9. No Athlete will be allowed to train with TBSC/QSC until steps 1-6 are complete.
